LATEST | Pair of Canucks on NHL.com's roster prediction for 2025 4 Nations Face-off
Last week, the National Hockey League and the Players' Association announced what fans have been waiting for - the return of international best-on-best competition.
In February 2025, the NHL will host an event called the '4 Nations Face-off', which will see Canada, Finland, Sweden and the United States compete in a round-robin, followed by a one-game Final to crown the winner.
The schedule and location(s) for the 2025 4 Nations Face-off will be announced at a later date, but recently, the National Hockey League has decided to have their writers on their official website predict the rosters for the even.
On Wednesday, it was Sweden's turn for their roster predictions and the writers at NHL.com decided to include a pair of Vancouver Canucks forward - Elias Pettersson and Elias Lindholm.
Both Pettersson and Lindholm have plenty of experience of representing Sweden on the international stage. Pettersson has played at two World Juniors and two World Championships, while Lindholm has appeared at two World Juniors and three World Championships for 'Tre Kronor'.
