Sad News to announce as Former Vancouver Canucks Forward Moe Lemay has sadly passed away at 62

In some sad news to announce, former Vancouver Canucks forward Moe Lemay has tragically passed away at the young age of 62.

Lemay is best known for being a part of the Canucks organization from 1981 to 1987 and played in played 317 career NHL regular season games, most as we said with Vancouver.

The one-time 20 goal scorer also notably played for the Edmonton Oilers, Boston Bruins and Winnipeg Jets. After going up and down for the American Hockey league and NHL, he decided to go over seas and continue his professional career to play in Germany, where he lit up the league for 10 seasons before retiring in the year 2000.

As a member of the Edmonton Oilers he was able to win the ultimate prize and hoist the Stanley Cup in the 1986-87 season.
