Canucks made a big announcement today. An official statement announced that the team had made two hires meaning tremendous news for the fans.
They announced the addition of content creators, an editorial writer, along with a rinkside reporter:
''#Canucks announce the addition of two new content creators with the hirings of Kate Pettersen as Rinkside Reporter and Lindsey Horsting as Editorial Writer.''
It's the President of Canucks Sports & Entertainment, Business Operations, Michael Doyle, who spoke about what it meant to make such an addition to the team:
''We are very excited to welcome Kate and Lindsey to the Canucks organization as our two newest content creators across various platforms. Each has a wealth of sports media experience, and they will be an integral part of our commitment to providing best-in-class storytelling, daily news, and behind-the-scenes access to our fans as we invest in bringing them closer to the team than ever before.''
The pair will help expand the team's brand outside of the rank, and this can hopefully mean more content for the fans to enjoy.
