HOT NEWS: Pierre LeBrun makes statement regarding the coaching situation in Vancouver
Nothing is going as hoped in Vancouver this year, the team is underperforming, the number one goaltender is injured and they're unable to win without scoring 4 goals or more.
There are many reasons that could justify the team's performance, but the more we advance into the season if it keeps trending this way, the more the team will have to give up on their playoffs hope and enter into a selling phase.
Though this phase may have already begun with the talks of Boeser leaving, the question that remains is about the coaching situation.
Pierre LeBrun elaborated on that in his latest article in The Athletic:
"He (Bruce Boudreau) replaced Green behind the bench a year ago and his contract expires after this season, but given the pressure on management to enact change, I don't think it's a question of "if" but rather "when", in terms of a Canucks coaching change."
Would it be a good strategy to bring in a new coach to finish the season? Or should Boudreau finish the year and then move on?
