LATEST | Allvin announces great news on Ilya Mikheyev
In a prior media availability, Ilya Mikheyev announced that he had to end his season and undergo a knee surgery.
Today, it was Patrik Allvin that took a step forward to confirm that Mikheyev's surgery was a success and that the rehabilitation process was going to start soon:
"General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today F Ilya Mikheyev underwent successful knee surgery and will begin his rehab process soon."
Before he announced his surgery, Mikheyev had been pretty successful on a line with Elias Pettersson and Andrei Kuzmenko. He had managed 28 points in 46 games.
