The NHL saw little action on the waiver wire on Sunday, with just two players being placed on waivers by their clubs. Defensemen Nicolas Beaudin and Declan Chisolm hit the wire for their respective teams.
Beaudin, 24, currently with the Laval Rocket Montreal's AHL squad was drafted 27th overall by the Chicago Blackhawks in 2018. He has played just 22 NHL games since, and all with the Blackhawks. He has only six assists across 16 games with the Laval Rocket.
Chisolm, also 24, is property of the Winnipeg Jets. He has played just four NHL games since being drafted in the 5th round of the 2018 draft. He recorded his first and only NHL point, an assist, this season.
