TRADE ALERT | Former Canucks has been traded
The former Canuck Tyler Toffoli has just been traded. He had made it clear that he wasn't intending on re-signing with the Flames and the team's new GM decided to move on from him.
Toffoli will be headed to the New Jersey Devils for RFA rights to Yegor Sharangovich and a 3rd Round Pick.
The Devils took everyone by surprise when they knocked out the powerful Rangers from the playoffs. An playoff experienced and former cup winner like Toffoli will surely help the team.
Toffoli, 31, is coming off a career high 73 points. He'll definitely be a great addition to the Devils.
