WATCH | Matt Dumba delivers the hit of the year and sends Pavelski to the dressing room
The Stanley Cup playoffs are underway and we're definitely in for a treat.
The Wild and the Stars are in for a hard-fought matchup. Emotion, passion, and skills are at their highest and Matt Dumba just laid a MASSIVE hit on Joe Pavelski:
It was initially called a 5-min major for interference that caused injury, however since it was determined that there had not been any contact to the head they overturned the call and gave Dumba a 2-min penalty.
Max Domi immediately jumped on Dumba and instigated a fight, losing an important veteran like Joe Pavelski in the first mile of this series could be huge for the Stars.
All three available angles for the hit:
UPDATE: Pavelski will not return to game number one
