Worst to be confirmed for Demko
Demko left the ice standing on one leg last night and a day later, it's not looking any better.
There had been rumors that it may have been the result of his surgery on the hip that happened over the summer, though it was said on the Donnie & Dhali TalkShow that he had a minor knee surgery and that both events were really unlikely to be connected.
Demko's stall in the locker room was emptied and filled with Delia's gear, which most likely indicates an injury that will keep him out of the lineup a while. As stated earlier, Demko was scheduled with the doctors for an MRI in the afternoon.
We'll definitely know more and have a timeline once the Canucks release a statement on the situation, but for now consider that Demko will sit out for a little while.
