It's been a little while since we've seen a trade in the National Hockey League and on Sunday, a pair of Metropolitan Division rivals announced a move involving two forwards.

The New York Islanders have added forward Tyce Thompson from the New Jersey Devils, while Lou Lamoriello's squad received forward Arnaud Durandeau.

#Isles transaction: The New York Islanders have acquired forward Tyce Thompson from the New Jersey Devils in exchange for Arnaud Durandeau.
