Ever since Kyle Dubas formally joined Sidney Crosby in Pittsburgh, the team has gone through major surgery in hopes of going for another Cup, hopefully, a fourth in the last 15 years.
Dubas notably pulled a blockbuster deal last weekend with the Sharks and the Canadiens when he acquired Erik Karlsson, the reigning Norris Trophy winner.
In Pittsburgh, Karlsson joins a familiar face in Jason Spezza (Acting AGM), who he spent time with back in their days with Ottawa Senators.
Spezza showed his former teammate the team's facility before he headed up to meet Dubas. Karlsson fired a shot at their old team Ottawa as the pair stopped and posed for a picture.
"These Pittsburgh f***s always kicked our asses; it'll be fun being on the other side,"
The two shared a laugh. By the looks of it, Karlsson and the Pens may get the upper hand on the Senators this year, but with their young up and coming group led by Brady Tkachuk and his gang, not sure I'd bet on the Pens in two or three years:
