Canucks announce their line-up ahead of tonight's tilt against the Oilers
The Canucks will be playing the Oilers tonight in their second exhibition game.
The Oilers have already announced that their full top six would be participating in this tilt,, and it will be a heck of a challenge for Tocchet's group. Connor McDavid, Leon Draisaitl, Zach Hyman, Evander Kane, Connor Brown and Ryan Nugent Hopkins will all be uniform.
The Canucks issued the following release indicating that Elias Pettersson's line would guide the Canucks' offence. Captain Hughes will feature his newly acquired captainship for the first in an official game. Here's the rest of the lineup:
As showed at practice yesterday, it wouldn't be a stretch to think that Cole McWard would be skating alongside Quinn Hughes for tonight's game. Nils Hoglander will get his shot on Pettersson and Kuzmenko's wing.
The Canucks will be in Seattle tomorrow night, and we can expect J.T. Miller's line to lead the team. Hopefully, the Canucks can give a better opposition than what they passed on Sunday against the Flames.
