Patrik Allvin issued an official press release via the Canucks Twitter account confirming that the team had once again made a new hire.
The platform was used to announced that Roman Kaszczij had been promoted to the Canucks' Head Athletic Therapist:
''General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today that Roman Kaszczij has been named Head Athletic Therapist. ''
Allvin issued the following comments regarding this announcement:
''Roman played an instrumental role in establishing Abbotsford's medical department during their inaugural season and provided unwavering support throughout two Calder Cup Playoff campaigns. We greatly value his ongoing commitment to providing our players with the highest quality care.''
The medical department in Vancouver has been heavily criticized over the last year due to many ''mistreatments'' that led to major setbacks. This hire could not be coming at a better time for the organization.
The man of the hour issued his own comments on the subject seems ecstatic to take the next step in his career.
