LATEST | NHLPA makes an announcement regarding team Captain Quinn Hughes
The NHLPA twitter (x) account posted that Quinn Hughes earned the first star of the week. The defenseman put up monster numbers, registering 3 goals and 10 points in the week.
The Canucks played four games from October 27th-November 2nd, the team went 3-0-1 in that span.
The Canucks took on the St. Louis Blues on October 27th, Hughes had a very strong night. He scored 2 goals in a 5-0 Canucks win.
The Rangers were in town on October 28th and the Canucks lost 4-3 in OT.
The Canucks third game of the week was against the Predators on October 31st, Hughes had 3 assists and the Canucks beat the Preds 5-2.
Hughes ended the week with his best game as he put up a 5 point night in a 10-1 trouncing of the San Jose Sharks.
The Canucks will need more weeks like this one from their captain, if they want to be a top team moving forward!
