LATEST | Suspicion arises: Elias Pettersson playing through an injury?
Elias Pettersson and Thatcher Demko both did not participate in the team's practice on Wednesday. Demko was resting as he has had a lot of work in the early season and Pettersson is dealing with a minor injury.
Rick Tocchet spoke to the media stating that Demko will play and that he has a few players that are game time decisions. The speculation is that Pettersson is one of them.

In an Article written by Vancouver Sun writer, Patrick Johnson, Pettersson also spoke to the media yesterday. He said that he expected to be in the line-up on Thursday and that he was just listening to his body.
The Canucks face off against the San Jose Sharks who are off to a very poor start. The 0-8-1 Sharks are seemingly a team that Pettersson could have the night off against. We will see how Rick Tocchett approaches it.
