The Vancouver Canucks have announced more players for tomorrow's preseason game in Abbotsford against Calgary.

While the Canucks open the preseason tonight at home against the Seattle Kraken, Rick Tocchet's group will also be heading an hour southeast tomorrow to Abbotsford to take on the Calgary Flames.

Last week, the Canucks announced some names for their roster in Abbotsford including Quinn Hughes, Tyler Myers, Elias Pettersson and Jake DeBrusk, but now they've shared a few more including the team's top prospect.

In a social media post yesterday, Vancouver announced that top prospect Jonathan Lekkerimaki, Carson Soucy and Arshdeep Bains have been added to the roster for tomorrow's game at Abbotsford Centre.

"More players added‼️

See Carson Soucy, Jonathan Lekkerimaki and Arshdeep Bains, alongside Quinn Hughes, Elias Pettersson, Jake Debrusk, and Tyler Myers, when the #Canucks take on the Flames at the Abbotsford Centre on Sept. 25th!" The Canucks said.

Fans in attendance will get an up close look at the DeBrusk-Pettersson-Lekkerimaki line that has been making some noise since training camp opened last week. It'll be a big opportunity for the Canucks' 2022 first-round pick as he looks to show the team's coaching staff and management that he's capable of playing in the National Hockey League right now.

Meanwhile, among those in the lineup for tonight's preseason opener against Seattle is Brock Boeser and J.T. Miller. While the full lineup hasn't been released at the time of writing this, it's possible we could see Danton Heinen as well, given that he was skating on a line with Brock Boeser and J.T. Miller during the team's on-ice sessions in Penticton, which wrapped up on Sunday.

Puck drop for tonight's game against the Seattle Kraken is set for 7 pm PT and can be viewed across Canada on Sportsnet Pacific and Sportsnet One.
