Canucks fans are unhappy with the cost after Vancouver releases prices for single-game tickets for the 2024-25 season.

On Tuesday, the Canucks held a pre-sale for their single-game tickets for the 2024-25 season, and today, the general public will have access to purchasing, but it appears that prices aren't sitting well with the fan base.

Noah Strang of Daily Hive looked at single-game ticket prices on Tuesday, and depending on which game you decide to go to, they're not cheap, so brace yourselves before heading to Ticketmaster.

For the 2024-25 season, the Canucks have broken up tickets for games throughout the year into six different categories - Marquee+ (most expensive), Marquee, Premium+, Premium, Regular+ and Regular (least costly). As expected, the lone visit from the Toronto Maple Leafs is included as a Marquee+ game.

The cheapest ticket found for the Toronto Maple Leafs' visit to Rogers Arena on Saturday, February 8th, is in section 301, row 11. After taxes and fees, the cost is $277 CAD per ticket. As for the most expensive seat, that comes in at $1,127 CAD and will have you in the first row of section 105.

Strang shared that this is a considerable price increase compared to the 2023-24 season. When the Maple Leafs visited Vancouver last season, the cheapest ticket was $162 CAD, while the most expensive set you back $722 CAD.

Another game causing a stir with ticket prices is March 15th against the Chicago Blackhawks, Connor Bedard's second trip to Vancouver of the 2024-25 campaign. This game is designated as 'Premium+', with the cheapest seat costing $249 CAD and the most expensive being $983 CAD.

As for a game in the 'Regular' category, which is the lowest tier, Strang shared the April 2nd contest against the Seattle Kraken as an example. The cheapest ticket for that game is $109 CAD, while the most expensive will cost you $385 CAD to sit front row against the glass in section 105.

Despite the high cost of tickets for the 2024-25 campaign, Canucks fans will be out in full force and will pack Rogers Arena for all 41 home games, bringing the energy and passion the team needs to get to the finish line.
