LATEST | A statement has been made on Nils Hoglander
Nils Hoglander was everywhere at once against the Flames and per his usual, he delivered exactly what the Canucks needed.
He scored in the game's first minute when he completed a beautiful passing sequence between Conor Garland and Elias Pettersson. He then added a beauty on a breakaway during the second:
Hoglander's two goals now up his total to 22 and a statement was issued later on announcing that Hoglander had been the NHL's most productive player averaging less then 12 minutes a game:
#Canucks Nils Hoglander's 20 goals are the most by any NHL player this season with less than 12 minutes per game of ice time
Through 69 games, the young Swede is now tied with Mikko Rantanen for even strenght goals.
