LATEST | Canucks make a statement on forward Tristen Nielsen
The Abbotsford Canucks, an American Hockey League affiliate of the Vancouver Canucks, have made a statement celebrating centerman Tristen Nielsen.
In a post on X, formerly Twitter, the Abbotsford Canucks shared a Happy Birthday post for Nielsen.
"Another year older for Nielsen! 🎂
Please join us in sending some birthday wishes to Tristen Nielsen on his 24th birthday!

The 24-year-old joined the Canucks organization in 2021 following his junior career in the Western Hockey League. After two seasons with Abbotsford, Nielsen earned a two-year, entry-level contract with Vancouver last July.
So far this season, the Fort St. John native has put up 20 points (nine goals, 11 assists), 29 penalty minutes, and minus-nine points in 34 games.
