Rick Tocchet praises one particular forward: Tough calls coming his way
The Canucks have had their first skates and Rick Tocchet is already noticing the players that came prepared.
Tocchet made a very interesting move when he placed Jonathan Lekkerimäki on Elias Pettersson and Jake Debrusk's side, but he may only be getting a look to gain experience as Nils Hoglander and Daniel Sprong have been lighting it up since day one.
Tocchet praises Hoglander for his conditioning and preparation
The Canucks head coach was ask to comment on certain players and he made sure to highlight the exceptional shape Hoglander came in. The young Swede will once again have to prove he belongs to the top six as he's coming into a contract year.
