With the NHL Trade deadline just one month away, it seems we might have seen an early blockbuster trade for Arizona Coyotes defenceman Jakob Chychrun.
Today it was revealed that Chychrun removed all affiliation with the Arizona Coyotes on his social media accounts. Which hinted at a trade being in the works.
Now Chychrun might gave a big hint as to where he's heading as today he started following Toronto Maple Leafs, Auston Matthews, Mitch Marner, and Michael Bunting on Social media.
Now if I was a betting man and especially with the Leafs in desperate need of a Jakob Chychrun caliber defenceman to compete with the Boston Bruins, I would say we are going to hear something possible as early as Monday that the Toronto Maple Leafs have acquired Jakob Chychrun.
All though this is still just speculation until a trade is announced so take this news with a grain of salt, but I believe Chychrun now will be a Toronto Maple Leaf sooner rather than later.
