LATEST | Canucks make a huge announcement regarding Quinn Hughes

The Canucks' captain Quinn Hughes was an obvious selection for this year's all-star. The superstar defenceman will be joined by four fellow teammate who have also been electric since the season started. Tagging alongside Hughes will be, Brock Boeser, J.T. Miller, Elias Pettersson and Thatcher Demko.

HUGHES LEADERSHIP RECOGNIZED

The announcement just came through, but it was confirmed that Quinn Hughes would be captaining team Hughes. His brother Jack will serve as alternate and they'll be joined by their celebrity captain and BC's star singer, Michael Buble.

The NHL also named Nathan MacKinnon, Connor McDavid and Auston Matthews as team captains.
