LATEST | NHL issues statement regarding the Draft Lottery
While all eyes are currently turned toward the NHL Playoffs, at least 11 executive teams eye's are going to focused on the NHL Draft Lottery that will determine the final order for the 2023 Amateur Draft.
The NHL issued an official statement regrading the event confirming a change in the venue:
�'The National Hockey League announced today a time change for the 2023 NHL Draft Lottery, which now will be held at 8 p.m. ET on Monday, May 8.
The event, conducted at NHL Network's Secaucus, N.J., studio, will be broadcast on ESPN, Sportsnet and TVA Sports.''
The Lottery will be held at 5 p.m. in Vancouver, the Canucks hold the 11th seed giving them 3% odds at the North-Vancouver phenom, Connor Bedard.
It's already been confirmed that Patrik Allvin would be the team's representative for the event.
The Anaheim Ducks currently have the best odds at the number pick with 25.5%. Here are the different odds for the Canucks:

2: 3.2%
3: 0.1%
11: 79.9%
12: 13.4%
13: 0.5%
Hopefully the Hockey gods will favor the Canucks in favor.
