Vancouver Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin has been praised for his move yesterday, acquiring Vitali Kravtsov from the New York Rangers out of nowhere, when Kravtsov was believed to be heading to the Chicago Blackhawks in a deal for Patrick Kane.

Today Allvin would announce some roster moves ahead of Monday's game revealing defenseman Ethan Bear has been placed on injured reserve. Allvin would also share that he's called up defenceman Noah Juulsen from the Canucks AHL affiliate team the Abbotsford Heat.
