During a roller hockey game, a player on the white team in the video snapped and violently attacked a player on the green team, who was on his own bench. The player on the white team brought his stick over his head and viciously slashed the other player in the head with his stick. He then cross-checked the green team's player in the back before slashing him in the legs once he fell over.
The player on the white team was quickly ushered away by the referee and presumably was ejected from the game, which was absolutely the right call.
It's not clear as to what happened to make the player on the white team snap the way he did. It appears that the player on the green team was chirping him or saying something to him that he didn't like, but to react like that is ridiculous. Another strange thing in the video is that none of the green player's teammates came to his defence.
The player on the white team is likely facing a lengthy suspension from the league, but the way he acted should warrant a lifetime ban.
