NHL makes an announcement regarding 2024 draft
According to NHL insider, Chris Johnston, the NHL has marked down June 28-29 as the dates for the 2024 NHL draft.
The NHL has not yet named a host location. It has previously been reported that the expectation is for Las Vegas to be the host. Johnston tweeted that the NHL is still working toward getting the draft in Las Vegas.
The NHL draft is a special day for many families and NHL teams. It is a big moment for every player drafted and It gives us great moments such as the NHL's 2023 draft which took place in Nashville, where former GM, David Poille, was giving a proper farewell.
The NHL draft has had some fantastic cities recently such as Nashville, Montreal, Vancouver etc. The NHL will look to continue that trend for the 2024 season.
