The NHL held their 2023 all-star skills competition Friday night in the Florida Panthers FLA Live Arena, all though they change up alot of the events on of the classics you'll remember remains the same.
That event is one of the fan favorites I'm talking about the hardest shot. All though we don't have Zdeno Chara, or Shea Weber shooting Canucks star Elias Pettersson stole the show in this event winning it with a 103.2 mph shot!
Pettersson is in his 5th season with the Canucks, many believe myself included that Pettersson is the odds on favorite to replace Horvat as the new captain of the Canucks. Pettersson is having a monster year with 21 goals, and 37 assists in 47 games this season.
