LATEST | Patrik Allvin announces roster moves ahead of tonight's game
The Canucks already have their share of injuries to deal with and the season hasn't even begun yet. Patrik Allvin announced a roster move just moments prior to the beginning of their morning skate.
A CALL-UP CONFIRMING INJURIES
Allvin announced that the Canucks had called up Akito Hirose and sent down Vasily Podkolzin ahead of the Canucks' home opener tonight.
Hirose being called up most likely confirms that Carson Soucy and Guillaume Brisebois won't be available for tonight's game. The Canucks are set to face the Oilers in their home opener at 19:00 PT. Go Canucks Go!
