The WHL highlighted Medicine Hat's star center, Cayden Lindstrom. The BC native is making noise in his 3rd WHL season, where he has used his rare speed and size combo to his advantage, leading to goals like this.

The 17-year-old is projected to be a potential first-round pick in the 2024 NHL entry draft. Lindstrom played in 61 games, scoring 42 points, mainly as a sixteen-year-old last season.

Lindstrom has stepped his game up a notch this season, scoring ten goals and 15 points in 12 games. The Tigers need him to continue his dominant play as the season progresses.

Lindstrom plays a power-forward solid game with a mix of physicality and grit, speed, and skill. If the prospect can continue his strong play, he will be a lock for a first-round pick, as many NHL teams could use a player like him.

The Canucks could use some size down the middle. Should he be a prospect to have an eye on? With the Canucks' playoff ambitions, hopes are that they'll be drafting in the 17 to 32 range, and he could very well be available.
