Canucks announce important front office changes: New addition to the team

Vancouver Canucks General Manager Patrik Allvin announced several important updates to their Hockey Operations department, highlighting a mix of promotions and new hires as the team gears up for the upcoming season.

Key Promotions:

Chris Trivieri has been promoted to Assistant Athletic Therapist. Trivieri is entering his fourth season with the Canucks organization. He started with the Abbotsford Canucks in the 2021-22 season and has steadily worked his way up, most recently serving as Head Athletic Therapist.

Curtis Bell joins the Canucks as an Athletic Therapist. Hailing from Los Angeles, Bell brings a wealth of experience from his 12 seasons with the Pittsburgh Penguins and prior stints with the Tampa Bay Lightning, New Jersey Devils, and Florida Panthers.

Gerry Ramogida, a Vancouver native, has been named Performance Therapist. Ramogida is well-known in the field with nearly 30 years of experience working with top athletes across multiple sports, including the NHL, NBA, NFL, EPL, and Olympic Track and Field.

New Hires:

Patrick Leblond has been brought on as a full-time Amateur Scout. Leblond previously served as Director of Scouting and Hockey Operations Administration for the Cape Breton Eagles in the QMJHL.

Luca Caputi also joins the scouting team as a full-time Amateur Scout. Caputi has a strong coaching background, having served as Head Coach of the Kingston Frontenacs and boasting experience from his time in the NHL as a player with the Pittsburgh Penguins and Toronto Maple Leafs.

The Canucks are strengthening their Hockey Operations department, bringing in people who are highly experienced in different areas of sport, all of whom should be expected to contribute significantly to the team's future success.
