Canucks issue a statement regarding Ian Clark
Too often, the players, coaches, and GMs are the center of attention in an organization. In some cases, even the owners can be extremely involved in stealing some of the spotlight.
Successful organizations always feature lots of development personnel who work in the shadows, and today, the Canucks issued a statement acknowledging one of their own. The Canucks issued a celebratory statement meant to celebrate the Canucks' Director of Goaltending, Ian Clark's birthday.
Wishing our Director of Goaltending, Ian Clark, a happy birthday! 🥳
Lots of people working around the Canucks have been arguing over the fact that Clark is the main reason for the Canucks' excellent goaltending depth chart.
With the team since 2002, Clark has seen the very best Canucks goalie. From Roberto Luongo to Jacob Markstrom, to Thatcher Demko and now perhaps Arturs Silovs. He's worked with them and developed them and shaped the Canucks into the goaltending powerhouse they now are.
