This is a major update for the Canucks as he was seen skating with the Vancouver Canucks this morning ahead of their matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers. This could indicate that he is rehab is going well and could be expected to return to the team full time sooner rather than later.
During the offseason, 28-year-old Joshua was diagnosed with testicular cancer and received emergency surgery to rumor the lump from his testicle. Reportedly the procedure went well and he has been resting and recovering in order to try and get back as soon as possible.
Last season with the Canucks, Joshua had a coming out party as he hit multiple career highs. He scored 18 goals and 14 assists for 32 points, but where he really made his impact was defensively and using physicality to dictate the pace of the game. He led the Canucks in hits with 245 and played with Conor Garland and Teddy Blueger which became known as one of the best third lines int he league.
All Canucks fans are extremely eager to have him back in the lineup and you can best believe that he will be having a loud and warm welcome when that times comes.
