BREAKING | Massive deal for the Canucks who have just acquired Filip Hronek
Allvin stated on multiple occasions that he was after a young right handed shot defenseman and now he has found a gem. They've just acquired Filip Hronek from the Detroit Red Wings in a massive trade including 3 Draft Selection.
This trade sure is confusing on every part, the Red Wings have parted ways with arguably their top defenseman this year and the Canucks gave up 2 Draft Picks while they are retooling. Here's the official announcement.
A 1997-born, Hronek was the Wings 2nd Round Pick in 2016 and he's bloomed into quite the player since than. This year he managed 38 points in 60 games leading all Red Wings blueliners.
