MAJOR | Important development in the NCAA Free Agents race
The Canucks have been known to be fairly active on the NCAA Free Agent Market. Last night new teams were eliminated from contention opening up the possibility of turning pro for some of these young men.
The highly-touted right-handed defenseman Jake Livingston has been in talks with lots of teams. The BC native was in the Canucks' sight and his team was eliminated just last night. However, Rick Dhaliwal isn't confident that the Canucks are about to land him:
«Lots of teams after B.C native Jake Livingstone, a right shot dee from Minnesota State but as of now, not hearing something will come together in Vancouver.» No positive news out of this since the Canucks are in desperate need of depth on the right side.
On the good side of things, Canucks are believed to be active still on the centerman Max Sasson.
«Canucks are still in the mix for Western Michigan C Max Sasson.»
6'1'' and 180 pounds lefthanded centerman, he managed an impressive 42 points in 38 games this season and we'll be looking to turn pro.
