The Vancouver Canucks continued their road trip on Tuesday night as they took on former defenceman Luke Schenn and the Nashville Predators.
The Canucks have now picked up 13 of a possible 14 points in their last seven games, with a record of 6-0-1 since December 7th, which has them one point back of the Vegas Golden Knights for first place in the Pacific Division.
After the game, Elias Pettersson met with reporters and was happy with how the Canucks played from start to finish, not letting the two Nashville goals get them down. Pettersson was pleased with the team's effort as they won their second game in a row
"I liked our game, even though when they scored we just kept going. Didn't let that slow us down." Pettersson told reporters in his post-game media scrum.
Pettersson and the Canucks will wrap up their four-game road trip with a stop in Dallas on Thursday night. Puck drop is set for 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET on Sportsnet Pacific.
