LATEST | Patrik Allvin announces a last minute press conference
Later today, the Vancouver Canucks are set to hit the ice for practice, but before that happens, General Manager Patrik Allvin will meet with the media after calling a last minute press conference.
"Dec. 3: 12:30p.m. practice at Rogers Arena.
General Manager Patrik Allvin will conduct media availability at approximately 12:15p.m. Media entry beginning at 12:00p.m."
It's unclear at the time of writing this what the press conference could be about. It's possible Allvin just wants to meet with media to discuss how the team has played so far with the quarter mark of the season recently passing.
The Canucks were in action on Saturday night at the Scotiabank Saddledome in Calgary to face the Flames and they managed to walk away with a 4-3 win in Nikita Zadorov's Vancouver debut.
Vancouver will return to Rogers Arena on Tuesday night for a battle of the Hughes brothers as Jack, Luke and the New Jersey Devils take on Quinn and the Canucks at 7 p.m. PT/10 p.m. ET.
