The former Canuck Prab Rai was apprehended by the police earlier this week (Tuesday).

''The 34-year-old ex-pro hockey player has been charged with fraud, allegedly involving millions of dollars, following an investigation by the Surrey RCMP Financial Crimes Unit (FCU).''
«The Surrey FCU began an investigation into a fraud spanning from 2015 to 2021 after a victim came forward to police, alleging they had lost several million dollars in real estate investment opportunities,»
