Boeser gives hilarious answer on how to get under J.T. Miller's skin
The Vancouver Canucks are a tight-knit group and have grown closer in the last few years. J.T. Miller and Brock Boeser are among those on the team who have a close bond and they aren't afraid to share with each other how they're feeling on the ice.
Recently, Sportsnet did a feature on the Vancouver Canucks which included a sit-down with J.T. Miller and Brock Boeser, who were interviewed by former NHLer Colby Armstrong.
During the interview, Brock Boeser gave an hilarious answer on how to get under J.T. Miller's skin and it just happens to occur during a game.
"Honestly, it's tough to get him going, but if you turn the puck over on the ice. That will get him going. Yeah, that's the problem. That's why I stopped. I just dump it in now when I'm playing with him. Because, you know, if you turn it over and you know, Millsy goes silent and then you know, he might be a little bit mad at you." Boeser said while laughing.
It's always great to hear stories like this because it shows how close and comfortable the team are with each other, in this case - J.T. Miller and Brock Boeser. The two American forwards have been teammates for a number of years now in Vancouver and were two of their best players during the regular season.
With the Canucks' second round series against the Edmonton Oilers tied up at 2-2, the team will need Boeser and Miller to lead the way in Game 5 on Thursday night at Rogers Arena.
