Former Vancouver Canucks forward and National Hockey League enforcer Donald Brashear is facing some serious charges in Quebec, CBC Radio Canada is reporting.

Brashear, 53, spent parts of 16 seasons in the National Hockey League with Montreal, Vancouver, Philadelphia, Washington and the New York Rangers where he amassed 205 points (85 goals, 120 assists) and 2,634 penalty minutes in 1,025 games.
