Canucks issue a statement on JT Miler: Piling up the milestones
J.T. Miller has been lighting up Vancouver since he was acquired in a trade with the Tampa Bay Lightning. The power forward has been doing it all, and he's just added another milestone to his resume.
The Arizona Coyotes were in town, and Miller took advantage of a puck battle in front of the opposing net to score and improve his single-season career best to 36:
With this goal, the Canucks forward collected his 400th point with the franchise.
Congratulations to J.T. Miller for his 400th point with the Vancouver Canucks. In 362 games with the franchise, our number 9 now sits 14th in Franchise History.
His point-per-game total (1.11) now places him 2nd in Canucks history, only behind Pavel Bure (1.18 Points per game). Miller now counts 101 points in the season, so he'll be looking to take his dominance to the playoffs.
