Allvin release a statement announcing that the Canucks had signed Kirill Kudryavtsev to an entry-level contract.
The left-handed defenseman is currently lining up with the Soo Greyhounds in the WHL. The Canucks had selected him with their 7th round pick in the 2022 Draft. The defenseman was held in high esteem in last year's draft and here's what the EliteProspect scouts had to say about him:
Surely tells us a lot about this player's upside. Even though the percentage of entry-level contracts actually making it to fulltime NHLers is fairly low, will Kudryavtsev crack the lineup? Time will tell, but it looks promising.
