MAJOR | Canucks and Patrik Allvin release official Statement regarding Jet Woo
Everybody knew it was in the works, but the Canucks' General Manager, Patrik Allvin proceeded to make the formal announcement regarding the young defenceman.
The Canucks have signed their 2018 2nd Round Draft Selection to a 1-year, two-way deal:
''General Manager Patrik Allvin announced today that the #Canucks� have agreed to terms with defenceman Jett Woo on a one-year, two-way contract.'' Woo's progressed nicely ever since he made the jump to professional hockey in Abbotsford. Woo played 68 AHL games this year collecting 21 points over that span.
The Canucks locked him up for the 2023-2024 campaign, if all goes all well, he is expected to have an opportunity to show his worth in the NHL.
