TRADE ALERT | Major Trade out of Boston and they complete a deal with Detroit
The Bruins have been busy heading onto tomorrow's deadline and they just added another major piece.
Insiders have confirmed it all-around the league, but Boston have acquired the feisty winger Tyler Bertuzzi. Per Pierre Lebrun's report, the Bruins are moving a protected 2024 1st Round Selection (Protected) and a 2025 4th Round Selection.
He will be a UFA by the end of the season and the Wings and Bertuzzi were not on the same page and it forced Yzerman to move the winger.
Tyler Bertuzzi had issues with injuries, but the time he had on the ice has been really productive. He managed 83 points in his last 106 games and his production his most likely going up in a stacked Bruins' lineup.
Bertuzzi's welcome in the locker room might be weird:
