According to reports, the girlfriend of Vegas Golden Knights minority owner Gavin Maloof is facing some serious charges.
Maloof's girlfriend, Jennifer Courtemanche, had a warrant for her arrest this past week on charges of theft and money laundering of nearly $500,000 since 2020.
The detective in the case reportedly found that Courtemanche had stolen $465,000 from Gavin Maloof by using Apple Cash.
"From 2020 to 2023, a total of 214 Apple Cash transactions were made over two phone numbers to Maloof's phone for transfers or attempted transfers from his Apple Cash account, of which 184 were successful in obtaining funds, police reported."
A judge allowed Jennifer Courtemanche to be released on a free bond and is due back in court for preliminary hearings on Monday, March 11th 2024.
