Patrik Allvin and his team have been looking for ways to improve the team and reward the players. Currently, in a rigid spot cap-wise, Allvin is having difficulty navigating the issues, and three names have constantly been reported to be on the trade block.

It's no surprise that after demanding the right to speak to other teams, Conor Garland has found his way onto that list. Tyler Myers joins him, despite his excellent play over the last few games (He played great, but still isn't $6M good). Anthony Beauvilier's lack of production and hefty cap hit have now placed him on that list; the speedy winger's playoff experience, along with his expiring contract, could make him a valuable piece on the market.

With the way Nils Hoglander, Sam Lafferty and Jack Studnicka have been playing since the season started, added to the Teddy Blueger's incoming return, it would make total sense to try and free up a top spot in search of a defenseman.

THE REASON FOR ALLVIN INCAPACITY TO COMPLETE A TRADE REVEALED
Darren Dreger was on TSN's Insider Trading earlier today and pointed out precisely what kept the Canucks from completing a trade and acquiring the defenceman they wish to add to their line-up.

Dreger reporting Canucks are still looking to add a RHS Dman, but the teams they're talking to don't want a player in return, and that's an issue because Canucks don't have cap space.

The Canucks are now looking for a way to move out some cap space. Who should they be moving first?
