Hockey Canada has put out an official statement regarding the 2018 World Junior Champions, Team Canada.
Pending Investigation Results
Hockey Canada has rendered a decision after the widely publicized investigation has taking over the internet.
In a statement released Monday to TSN, Hockey Canada stated that players from the 2018 World Junior team will not be allowed to represent the country investigation is completed.
'' DEVELOPING - Players from Canada's 2018 World Junior team will not be allowed to play for the national team until the investigation is completed, Hockey Canada told TSN in a statement on Monday.''
This comes at a tough time since team Canada will be taken part in the annual World Championship in Tampere, Finland. While Makar is expected to make another long playoff run, Carter Hart, Jordan Kyrou and Robert Thomas could've been major parts of this team.
