NHL may have to make a decision that could greatly impact the fans
In light of many recent events in most arenas throughout the NHL, the Governors will have to discussed the possibility of restricting the fans.
Elliotte Friedman revealed in his latest 32 Thoughts Podcast, that the NHL added «Fans Code of Conduct» in their agenda for the next Board of Governors meetings.
The fights in the stands have been recurrent since the season's started. Add to that the events in the New Jersey VS. Toronto game where the fans were throwing items on the ice.
The league will intervene in the matter, but what can they actually do to limit these events? Add security guards? Put a limit on the number of beers you can buy? Stop selling alcohol? This will likely impact the way we watch the game for the foreseeable future.
