Adam Fantilli is seen as the second-best prospect of the upcoming draft behind the exceptional Connor Bedard. One dominates the WHL while the other has a nice thing going on in the NCAA. Doesn't remind you of the 2015 Draft when Jack Eichel and Connor McDavid were up for grabs?

The playoff has started for a while now in the NCAA as we approach the annual «Frozen Four» and Adam Fantilli and the Michigan University Wolverines we're battling for their spot. The game was tied at one for the longest time and they needed overtime to break it up. Prior to the OT period, Adam Fantilli gave an interview that's been making rounds on the internet because of the confidence he displayed on air:

'When we play the way we can play, there's no team in this country that can play with us and we're gonna prove this next period.''

Michigan University surely went on to win this game on a beauty of a shot from Mackie Saskimovich, however, it's still Fantilli's interview that gets talked about. Confidence like the one he showed is definitely something that can't be taught.

Fantilli has been a highlight reel machine this year putting up a stellar 64 points in 35 games during the regular season. Even though he wasn't has productive as Connor Bedard during the WJC, he still managed a 5 points performance in 7 games. Described to be a player that can do it all on the ice any team adding this young fella will be lucky.

However, at this rate, it seems unlikely that the Canucks will be getting anywhere near the top 5 since they're currently on a solid winning spree. Though if for some reason, the Canucks were to draft second, would he be your pick?
