It's no kept secret that Jim Rutherford has wanted to "send a message" to the players of the Vancouver Canucks for their lackluster start this season. It also wasn't kept behind closed doors that Bruce Boudreau wasn't Rutherford's ideal man for the job when he was named the Vancouver Canuck's President. Rick Tocchet has history with Jim Rutherford when they were both part of the Pittsburgh Penguins organization.
Do you think a head coach change is what this team needs? Is this a ploy of Rutherford's to get who he wants in the system? Is Bruce Boudreau listening to Rutherford's request of changing the system? Stay tuned Friday against the L.A. Kings in Rogers Arena to find out.
