All the way back in 2018 the Canucks made an exciting announcement that brought back history. They brought a new alternate jersey in to play with the Flying Skate on the black, red, and yellow theme jersey.

It brings back the memories of Canucks' legends Pavel Bure and Trevor Linden. With the team's recent struggles, there's an ongoing thread asking for the team to wear the uniform and a more regular basis.
There's even a plane that went around town branding a flag that said #freetheskate, while the performance on the ice isn't pleasing the fans, can they at least get the jersey?
